Humic acid-Fulvic acid

Humic substances are formed in the millennial decomposition processes of plant-derived biomass during the humification of plants. The family of humins includes biologically active and highly valuable humic acids and fulvic acids, which contain at least 70 types of minerals in themselves, and all of these can be taken up by so-called bioavailable so-called in chelated form . These long-chain organic macromolecules with special properties can be obtained from peat formed from homogeneous carbonaceous vegetation.

Minerals, Trace elements

It is important to introduce minerals and trace elements into the body in a form similar to the original, as this is how they can be best utilized. This process is catalyzed by humic acid.

Hévíz Source

It is one of the cleanest sites near Hévíz, the special feature of which is that it was formed deep underground, so it is perfectly clean and free of dirt.

Chelating Effect

Due to the effect of humic acid, microelements and trace elements can be absorbed and utilized in the body in the right form and to the right extent.

70 Types of Minerals

Humic acids alone are more than  They contain 70 types of minerals , but if they bind to other microelements or trace elements (iron, chromium, zinc, selenium) as chelates, they can also be absorbed more efficiently .

Today, our grains, vegetables and fruits do not contain enough vitamins and minerals, which are vital for the body, due to fertilization and fully drained soil. Our harmful habits (eg alcohol consumption, smoking, one-sided eating) can speed up the elimination of certain trace elements from our body. The way our food is processed and transformed (quick curing, quick cooking, canning) impairs the bioavailability of many trace elements.

In this way, deficiencies are created in the organization , which we have to make up for in order for our organization to function properly . It is important to introduce minerals and trace elements into the body in a form similar to the original, as this is how they can be best utilized.
This process is catalyzed by humic acid-fulvic acid.

The structures of humic and fulvic acids are similar, differing mainly in the size of the molecules and the complexity of the structure. Their most important property is that through their chelating effect , they convert inorganic substances into an organic form for the living organism, so that vital nutrients can be absorbed into the human body. Humic acids alone contain more than 70 types of minerals, but when bound to minerals and trace elements (iron, chromium, zinc, selenium), they can also be absorbed more efficiently. Humic acids bind to metal ions in such a way that they can no longer react with other substances. They capture the metal ions by chelating them, thus rescuing them from the acids and enzymes present in the gastrointestinal tract, which would cause little or no absorption.

Beneficial effects of humic acids on the body:
  • -     through terminal accumulated in the body of heavy metals (ie. mercury, cadmium, cobalt, lead) chelating properties [1,2,3,4]. Different metals show different affinities for different humic acid binding sites. Humic acid is a substance with a heterogeneous molecular structure, so a heavy metal can bind very strongly to one humic acid binding site, while another humic acid shows less binding to that metal ion. [5] The complex effect is thus able to remove any toxic metal from the body.

  •   - Humic acids help to restore energy levels by stimulating the increased oxygen uptake required for metabolic processes. Humic acids stimulate cellular respiration and increase the efficiency of oxidative phosphorylation in the mitochondria. [6]. The cells use the resulting ATP to feed various processes [7]. As a result, they produce more energy for the body to maintain normal functioning and offset the extra energy needed by illness or other stress. They reduce the body's acidity (lack of oxygen).

  • - humic acids are able to inhibit the formation of genotoxic compounds in the intercellular tissue space (extracellularly), which would damage the DNA of the cell, thereby reducing cell degradation [8]

  • - humic acid binds free radicals circulating in the blood, thereby reducing blood clotting activity and reducing the chance of blood clots forming . Studies document the potential cardiovascular protective role of humic acid [9, 10,11].

  • -  humic acids, due to their metal-binding ability , deliver the essential macro- and microelements (magnesium, iron, selenium, chromium, zinc, copper) to the body in organic and organic form, they can improve their absorption and utilization.

  • - the activating effect of humic acid on the immune system in the various detoxification processes helps the elimination [12]
